Learning Strategy
GetReal Instittue
The Get Real Academy, the training arm of The Get Real Institute in the Netherlands, engaged us to assess its existing learning offerings and shape a future-facing learning strategy rooted in evidence, relevance, and differentiation. The goal was to ensure their programmes met a clear demand, avoided duplication, and positioned the Academy as a leader in the field of evidence-based health training.

Learning Partner
Black South West Network
In 2023, we were selected through a competitive tender process to serve as the Learning Partner for the Black South West Network (BSWN), a UK-based racial justice organisation. The aim of the partnership was to support BSWN in critically co-evaluating its work since inception, articulating its voice more clearly across stakeholder groups and capturing learning insights to inform future strategy and sustainability.
Learning Partner
Impact on Urban Health
In 2023, we were commissioned as a strategic partner to support the Hurma Project, a research initiative examining spiritual abuse in Muslim communities. While the project had convened stakeholders and produced a podcast series and academic papers, it needed support to translate this work into accessible, public-facing content. Our role was to clarify direction, strengthen its digital presence, and equip the team to effectively communicate its insights.
In 2024, we were appointed through a competitive process as the Learning Partner for Impact on Urban Health (IOUH), a place-based funder working to improve health outcomes in South London. IOUH uses a devolved funding model that centres community decision-making. Our role was to help IOUH assess the efficacy of this model through the evaluation of ten case studies and to surface learning that could inform more transformative, community-led funding practices.
